<p>그러나 일부 불법 기업의 신용카드결제, 구글아이디어사용료, 스마트폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 정보를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있다. 따라서 사용자들은 서비스 이용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 반드시 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>

<p>온라인 쇼핑몰에서 스마트폰 소액결제로 주문특정 제품에 대한 환불 방식이 오픈마켓과 소셜커머스 등 유통채널에 준순해 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오픈마켓은 '포인트'로 환불 해주는 반면 소셜커머스와 대형 온,오프라인몰은 계좌로 '현금' 지급하고 있다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온,오프라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 적절한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 많아지고 있다면 구글이 최대로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 생성하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>
