My neighbor installed this long-lasting artificial grass last summer, and it still looks just as green and fresh as day one. Even with our dogs running around and the kids playing soccer on it, there's no worn patches or fading. It stays soft underfoot and drains perfectly after rain, so no muddy mess. I'm honestly impressed how well it holds up to daily use without any maintenance needed.
